Vicki L. Lepianka, Stage in Style LLC owner, understands how stressful moving can be and that it takes a lot of coordination and preparation. Being "married to the military" meant eight moves in fourteen years - selling homes or renting houses to tenants, buying or renting new places, putting things in storage. She has learned, both professionally and personally, how to manage a project, whatever the scope, from start to finish. She knows how to "think on her feet," and come up with creative solutions.

Vicki has over 17 years in the building and remodeling industries throughout the country. She has sold and marketed new home construction as a licensed Florida realtor in the greater Brandon area, managed high-end kitchen and bath showrooms, and designed award-winning residential spaces. From Florida to Hawaii to Washington DC and back, she has staged model homes, designed photo shoots for new and vacant properties, and even created settings for several weddings and parties. No stranger to small business, she has also co-owned and managed multiple video stores. Vicki has been interviewed for numerous publications, including Hawaii Home Magazine, Washington Times, and NKBA Profiles magazine.

Focusing on Home Staging, Vicki adds to her list of accomplishments Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®), personally taught by Barb Schwarz, the creator of the Home Staging industry. With a recent – and permanent - move back to the Tampa area after her husband's retirement from the Army, Vicki is finally able to stay put in a house long enough to call it home. But, she is always redesigning the interiors!

Assn. of Kitchens and Baths), Business Member of the NKBA, Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) with the NAHB (Nat'l.
